"Making money is something that a lot of artists will consider ‘impure’. David Parrish tries to bridge this gap through his trainings and his book, which aims to make business theory accessible to many people."
This is a quote from one of our Hello Creative World visitors, who has written an extensive report on the successful expedition on her blog.
David Parrish, just one of many valuable contacts that CMKBU has created throughout ECCE. He has been a writer in our first publication Read This First, a speaker at the Impulse Nights, a great guide to our students on their international seminar and a speaker at Hello Creative World.
Creating methods of training for creative entrepreneurs and students has lead to the compilation of Read This First, Growth and Development of Creative SMEs; a handbook on entrepreneurship in the creative industries for policy makers, students and creative entrepreneurs.

Read This First has been the centre of crossovers between past, present and future in training methods for entrepreneurs and students. Most importantly, it has fed input for the Impulse Nights: monthly nights on specific creative industries topics with an expert and two to three regional entrepreneurs.

The success of Impulse Nights has lead to Impulse Sessions, curriculum embedded expertise lessons for 4th year Art Management Bachelors and Master students.
In 2008, CMKBU launched Hello Creative World, Entrepreneurship in Arts Education. The publication exists of various articles on entrepreneurship in arts education (and at times, education in creative entrepreneurship). It is a collection of articles from France, Germany, the UK and The Netherlands, each with a very different view on creative entrepreneurship, arts education and the supportive models and initiatives.
